  1. Hi Karin and Randy — it was nice to meet you on the Rubicon Trail in Lake Tahoe (July 2015). Your photos are beautiful. Thanks for sharing. We took your advice and did the Five Lakes trail the next day. Like you said, we only saw three lakes as well! It was gravelly and I slipped and fell on my hip coming down. We took it easy the next day. Already thinking of going back next summer for some more hiking. Happy trails! Maybe we’ll run into you again sometime! (“Secret Cove, Lake Tahoe” photo)
